What counts as a "question"?
A question is a single natural language query that generates a data-backed answer. Follow-up messages in the same conversation thread each count as one question. Viewing saved reports, browsing AI Memory, or configuring settings does not consume questions.
What happens when I hit my question limit?
You'll see a notification at 80% and 100% of your quota. Beyond the limit, additional questions are billed at $0.10 per question. You can set hard caps from your admin dashboard to prevent any overage.
Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No. The Free plan is completely free — no credit card, no trial expiration. Sign up, connect a data source, and start asking questions in minutes.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is paid upfront for 12 months and saves you 20% compared to monthly pricing. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.
What data sources do you support?
BigQuery and Mixpanel today, with Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and Redshift coming soon. Each plan includes a set number of concurrent connectors.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We query your data sources directly using read-only connections. We never copy or replicate your data. All connections are encrypted. Every query is logged in a full audit trail. See our Security page for details.
What does "per-user spend controls" mean?
On Business and Enterprise plans, admins can set monthly question caps and daily byte-scan budgets per user or per role. This gives finance teams clear cost attribution and prevents any single user from consuming the entire quota.
